News Release – September 2012
Plane crashes in Glutton's cornfield. Badly burned skeletal remains found inside the cockpit believed to be that of Gerald Glutton, eldest son of Amos Glutton, owner of Glutton's Slaughter House. Amos Glutton could not be found!
DO NOT ENTER CORNFIELD - potentially hazardous toxins continue to discharge (escape) from the fertilizer tanks aboard the crop duster. This area is considered contaminated and hazardous to your health.
Further investigation by authorities uncovered that Jerry was studying to be a geneticist. Unknown to his father, he was expelled from graduate school. It was discovered that he was unethically experimenting in human cloning. Returning home, he became a recluse. An unidentified butcher at Glutton's stated that Jerry had sealed himself in a back room of the slaughter house and continued his research. Dim lights could be seen at all hours of the night escaping from beneath the locked door. The butcher further stated that he witnessed Jerry's unkempt appearance and erratic behavior.
Jerry's roommate at college revealed that Jerry intensely studied the research of a world famous botanist, Dr. Joseph Blight. Dr. Blight had created a new life form, creatures with both animal and plant DNA. Jerry was obsessed with his own experiment to genetically implant the human growth hormone within Dr. Blight's new life form. By doing so, he believed he could create an aerosol protein fertilizer that when sprayed on the cornfields would be absorbed through the root system. When harvested and fed to the livestock it would induce rapid growth, allowing the animals to be slaughter at a much earlier age. His studies were promising, having the further potential to reanimate life after death!
It is believed that he waited for the night of the full moon to unleash his discovery. The moonlight allowed him to taxi the biplane through the field, acquiring speed. Once airborne he released the lever, depositing the aerosol compound over the cornfields. It is speculated, in his madness, he didn’t account for the danger of inhaling the new discovery himself. This could have created the side effects of causing him to become lightheaded and disoriented causing the crash.
Further complicating the ongoing investigation were the weather conditions that night. The forecast stated clear skies with a north wind which had the potential of carrying the airborne discovery further than originally expected, including the livestock, the unsuspecting town of Crow Hollow, and adjacent cemetery...
Strange occurrences have been reported in the slaughterhouse and the surrounding property. Blood drained, mutilated bodies of animals have been discovered and transported to the forensic lab for further studies by authorities. The investigation is ongoing.
